206 GTI,GTI 180 & RC AT Power Dry Sump Kit With Fitting Kit

Pug1Off/AT Power Dry Sump Kit is suitable specifically for the Peugeot 206 GTI, GTI 180 & RC models 

This kit features a belt Driven lightweight precision machined billet aluminium Dry Sump System which is designed to prevent engine oil starvation (surge) due to G-force levels experienced during race conditions, lowering engine oil temperatures, and freeing up more of a race engine potential horsepower.

Supplied with a CNC machined billet aluminium high efficiency 3 Stage Oil Pump, offering outstanding oil displacements options of either 14.3 L/Min or 20.1 L/Min @ 1000 RPM from the Pressure Stage & two x 14.3 L/Min @ 1000 RPM from the Scavenge Stages, being suitable for engine speeds up to 8500 RPM & featuring an externally accessed pressure relief valve (PRV) for ease of tuning and adjustment.

With the oil being drawn (scavenged) directly from the low-profile oil Pan, engine crankcase pressures are reduced minimising the oil drag on the crankshaft and lowering Piston resistance which in turn improves the horsepower of the engine.

We also offer a full fitting kit with everything required for your installation which consists of:

• 1 x AT Power Dry Sump kit (as pictured)
• 1 x 7L Baffled Remote Oil Tank
• 1 x 410 Series Oil Lines (Nylon braided, rubber lined stainless steel reinforced hoses)
• 9 x Mocal Oil Fittings (AN Fittings)  
• 1 x Mocal Remote Oil Filter Housing
• 1 x Oil Filter
• 1 x Mocal Oil Cooler

Please note: Pump displacements stated are for guidance only as pump efficiencies can be affected by multiple external factors. These Kits feature an integrated Oil Pan mounted Oil Pump, engine oil feed (Oil-In Assembly) adaptor kits, Oil Pump Pulley, pre-machined Crank Shaft Pulley, 3/4" wide 'L'-Section drive belt & a low-profile CNC machined billet aluminium Oil Pan with the oil hoses pre-assembled into the scavenge turrets for the minimum package routing of oil lines.

The dry sump kits are kept in stock at all times but the tanks are made to order, the estimated dispatch time is within 2-3 weeks.
