208 GTI Forge Front Mounted Intercooler Kit

Forge Motorsport front mount intercooler kit suitable for all models of the Peugeot 208 GTI.

This intercooler kit is a full replacement single pass (left to right) core that mounts to the stock crash bar in the car. The pipework supplied with the intercooler joins to the pipes that are connected to the stock intercooler so installation is easy. The only cutting needed is to the ducting on the radiator to allow the pipework to pass through. All the silicon hoses, hard pipes, clips, bolts, nuts, and jubilee clips needed to install the intercooler are included, along with full colour installation instructions. This kit will significantly reduce intake air temperatures meaning a denser charge and hence, more power delivery at the wheels. A must for any track user or cars with increased boost levels / hybrid turbos.

These kits are typically made to order and carry a 2-3 week lead time. If you would like a specific lead time, please get in contact prior to ordering. Hoses are available in blue, black, or red, please select the required colour when ordering.
